How to Track Your Order

At Joy Mind, we make it easy for you to keep track of your order every step of the way. Here’s how you can monitor the status of your delivery:

1. Order Confirmation Email

Once you’ve successfully placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, including:

• Order number
• Item summary
• Shipping address

Keep this email handy for reference!

2. Shipping Confirmation

As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll send you another email with your tracking information. This will include:

• A tracking number
• A link to the courier’s tracking page where you can see the current status of your shipment.

3. Track Via Your Account

If you created an account during checkout, you can track your order directly on our website:

1. Log in to your Joy Mind account.
2. Go to the My Orders section.
3. Find your most recent order and click Track Order to see the current delivery status.

4. Track as a Guest

If you didn’t create an account, you can still track your order:

• Click on the Track My Order link in the footer of our website.
• Enter your order number and email address to access tracking details.
